Description
Offer to cook a very simple cake that does not need any culinary skills. The highlight of this cake is the addition in the dough of coconut, by which the product acquires a unique taste and aroma. The cake turns out tender, crumbly with a thick layer of coconut icing. Help yourself!

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift the flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
Beat softened butter and sugar. Add the eggs, coconut milk and vanilla and whisk.
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients. Add the coconut flakes.
Form grease with oil and put the dough. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 45-50 minutes or until tender. The finished cake remove from the form, put it on a wire rack and cool.
With lime to remove the zest. I do this by using a small trowel.
Squeeze of lime juice. Using toothpicks or wooden skewers to puncture about 30 holes in the cake. Mix the powdered sugar and 1.5 tbsp of lime juice until smooth.
Pour half of glaze on cake. Mix coconut with the remaining frosting and put the second layer. Sprinkle with lime zest. Bon appetit!
