Cooking
The recipe is very simple and fast. After half an hour you can drink tea with these biscuits! First, I prepared the fondant. To do this, carefully mix sour cream with sugar. Whip is optional. Put the fondant in the fridge.
Now the dough. Take part of the flour (600 g) and triturated with butter. Then add the yogurt, sour cream, soda, mayonnaise and sugar. Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour. It takes me about 1 lbs. (plus or minus 50 g). The dough should be soft. Long knead not necessary.
Roll with a thickness of about an inch and cut out circles. Spread on a parchment and put it in the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Bake at 180˚C.
From so many test I get about 25 korikov with a diameter of 10cm. 5 of them are spent on crumb for dusting. In the end, 20 pieces. Our family just! Bon appetit!
