Carrot cream soup with coriander
Good afternoon, ladies and cooks. Today I want to share with you an interesting cream soup with a spicy note. Love those kinds of soups, and try to cook them during the weekend. Offer to cook for you.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    900 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Broth

    1.4 l

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a saucepan or skillet, melt the butter, put the sliced carrot and onion half rings and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped coriander, ground coriander, ginger, and nutmeg and simmer for another few minutes.

Pour in the stock, season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat until the vegetables are soft.

Use immersion blender to whip into a puree. Again put on the stove, bring to a boil and pour the cream. The soup is ready.

When serving you can decorate with parsley. Bon appetit!
