Cooking
Clean vegetables. The bulb I got was too big, so it took half.
Potatoes and carrots to grate on a coarse grater, onion cut into small cubes (the original recipe had shallots and cut fairly large slices. For my taste better than small and regular onions), green onions, also finely chop. Add 3 eggs, salt and pepper. Mix well. In General, the proportions of the vegetables for each can be their own, who like more you can add, replace, and adjust the proportions to suit your preferences and tastes of their loved ones.
A mixture of vegetables and eggs spread on a baking paper, forming a rectangle. This will be our base for the loaf. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
While preparing the Foundation, one can prepare the sauce. Mix cream cheese with herbs (I took 2 jars Hochland with herbs) and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Mayonnaise, I add only for the fact that the sauce was not as thick and was easy to spread on a vegetable basis. You can substitute natural yoghurt or sour cream.
Ready based take out from the oven, allow to cool slightly (I'm right on the paper placed on the table and give to stand literally 2 - 3 minutes). Priblizitelno half of cream sauce spread evenly on the base.
The sauce spread thinly sliced ham. If you want you can take any favorite meat, and is delicious with ham, and pork, just need thinly sliced, otherwise it will be difficult to roll roll. On top of meat spread an even layer of the remaining sauce.
Neatly on the long side, turn the roll and put it seam side down.
Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Send back in the oven for 10 minutes so the cheese melted.
Get the loaf out of the oven. Better to eat it while it's hot.
Very appetizing in the cut and even better taste))) Bon appetit!!!
