Quick Mexican soup with chips
Love beans? And tomatoes? And the Bulgarian pepper? If Yes, please visit! But if it's all combined into one tandem - will make a wonderful vegetable soup, add spices and crunchy chips - and here it happiness) by the Way, I forgot to add - cooked this soup in just 20 minutes! Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    300 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

    3 Tbsp

  • Broth

  • Chips

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Chop the onion and garlic.

In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil.

Sauté onion 2 minutes.

Add to the onions the garlic, red pepper, paprika, coriander. If you'd like it spicy - add 1 chili pepper. Fry for 2 minutes.

Cut the bell pepper cubes.

Add the peppers to the pan and fry for a few minutes.

To shift zazharku in the pan, add the tomatoes, smash them in the pan with a spatula. Wait for the boil. Then there are 2 ways to leave it as it is or blend the mixture. I went on the second way :)

Add the beans. Next comes the broth (or boiling water), adjust thickness of soup by yourself. Let the soup sauce to boil for a few minutes. And everything is ready!

For chips, cut the tortilla and fry on a dry pan with 2 sides.
