Potato boxes
Very tasty, easy to prepare and fancy a snack! Tender potatoes and stringy mozzarella - the perfect combination!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Mozzarella

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

    1 tsp

Potatoes wash, peel. From each potato cut a cube with a height of approximately 4 cm to Remove with a cube layer of 5 mm, it will be a "cap" to be put aside. In the remaining cubes use a small spoon to make a hole, leaving a wall thickness of at least 5 mm.
