Description
This is a traditional Estonian salad that is always served for the holidays. I love this salad. Properly cooked Rosalie does not taste like any other salad. On ingredients it resembles our "herring under a fur coat". But... But even those who don't like "coat" with great pleasure and lots of it "Rosalie". Offer to make "Rosalie" to verify the truth of my words.

NB!! Please note that the number of products specified in already boiled and peeled form. Boil and clean the vegetables, eggs. Prepared vegetables, eggs and pickled cucumbers cut into cubes of 5-7 mm. Herring peel, freed from the bones and also cut into cubes. The herring I buy on the market. But when I don't want to bother to cut the fish, I buy herring traditional salted, in oil. Give good to drain the oil before cutting. Chop onions, as small as possible.
