Description
Very light, fresh, airy salad. My husband said that the pomegranate here is too much, and I just loved this salad and pomegranate me a bit not to interfere.

Cooking
To save us some shrimp and pomegranate seeds for decoration. Shred the cabbage with wide noodles (without the white part).
Finely chop sticks (almost in the dust).
Pineapples cut into small cubes.
Put in a deep salad bowl the cabbage, crab sticks and pineapple.
Add the cucumber, chopped julienne and shrimp.
Add the finely chopped coriander. Season to taste with salt and mayonnaise. Gently mix everything.
