Cooking
Wash the meat and dry with paper towel.
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl mix soy sauce, honey, mustard, dried barberry, lemon juice and herbes de Provence
Coat steak on all sides with marinade. Wrap steak in plastic bag and leave to marinate overnight.
