Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Citric acid

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Condensed milk

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

Cooking

Beat egg whites, gradually adding citric acid.

Soak the gelatin, allow to swell.

Beat the butter, gradually adding the condensed milk.

B swollen gelatin, add sugar and melt it, not boiling!!!

B proteins gradually add the cooled gelatin slowly while continuing to whisk, add the whipped oil with condensed milk, put into a form.
