I want to congratulate all of you a happy new year delicious cake. Very delicate, airy, mega-Cocos. Looks impressive on the table. Fully justifies its name - a real pleasure! Preparing this cake in about half an hour, no wisdom. For the recipe a huge thank you to Elena. I wish you all good health, prosperity and good mood!

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    270 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Cream cheese

    500 g

  • Cream

    350 g

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Coconut shavings

    70 g

Whisk condensed milk and eggs, add flour and baking powder. The dough will be quite liquid. On the parchment spread 3-4 tablespoons, distributed in a circle and bake in a hot oven for about 5-7 minutes.

It turns out 3 of the cake. They should be immediately removed from the paper and to equalize the knife edge.

For the cream I took the cheese cream from sweet. Therefore, the preparation of the cream was quite simple: beat the cream until stable peaks and carefully enter them in cottage cheese. Put in the cream about half of the coconut flakes.

Generously coat the cakes with cream. In the photo two layers will be the top one. On top of the whole cake sprinkle with coconut. Decorate. Can be served immediately. If the cake will spend the night in the fridge, you get a real heavenly delight for dessert!
