English rice pudding Conde
I hasten to share with You a lovely, delicate and airy dessert. The recipe found under the same name, decided not to change, but the proportions I have slightly changed to your taste. Thanks to the author for a wonderful dessert.

Ingredients

    100 g

  • Milk

    450 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Peach

    250 g

Cooking

Rice wash, pour milk, add vanilla, bring to a boil and cook on a slow fire until tender. Approximately 40-50 minutes.

In cooked rice add the sugar, stir and leave to cool.

Whip cream until a soft foam, gradually add in the cooled rice, mixing thoroughly.

Peaches cut into little pieces.

Airy, soft rice mass spread in a bowl (the glass), alternating with peaches at their discretion. Such a pudding to be served warm, but I didn't like. Therefore, I suggest You put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then serve.
