Gingerbread
Tender, crumbly, useful gingerbread, and the scent lingers in the apartment during their cooking... Come for tea!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Oat flour

    100 g

  • Rye flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Carob

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black tea

    120 ml

Cooking

Mix the dry ingredients i.e. wheat flour (can use for greater utility of whole grain), oatmeal and rye, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, baking powder, carob.

Mix 120 ml of warm tea with 3 tbsp. of honey and 3 tbsp of sunflower oil.

Add to dry mixture, knead the dough.

Shape dough into balls, put on greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated at 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. After cooling, pour over 1 tbsp of honey.
