On the eve of holidays I want to surprise and please your family and friends. This dessert is very well suited for such a case. Bright colors and a variety of fruit flavors - what could be better for a festive mood? This dessert is good because you can experiment with different types of fruit jelly and juice... and its main advantage is that it is not difficult to prepare. Even beginners in cooking. If this dessert will make a man on Valentine's Day or on March 8 - I'm sure he will win the heart of his beloved!

To install in any convenient high capacity cups / glasses at an angle. Dissolve a package of raspberry Jell-o, as indicated on the package (the amount of water you can take a little less, about 150 ml) stir Well until smooth and pour into glasses. Put in refrigerator for freezing.
While the first layer hardens the jelly, soak the gelatine in a little water ( about 70 ml). As soon as the gelatin swells, heat ( but not boil!)
Cream slightly warmed and mixed with 1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanilla. Stir and pour the warmed gelatin. Again mix well.
On a frozen layer of jelly pour a layer of cream, but not all... approximately 3 tbsp of cream the Rest of us more useful for further work. And again put in the refrigerator to solidify. While freezes the layer of cream prepare the orange jelly.
As soon as the cream stands, glasses to turn and tuck from a different angle. Repeat the process, but with orange jelly and a layer of cream. While this part of the jelly is set, prepare the jelly from kiwi.
When the second layer of the jelly is well hardens, put the glasses upright and pour the jelly with the taste of kiwi, but not to the top, leaving room for the creamy layer. Again let harden.
Pour two glasses of the final layer of cream and let harden.
So bright, refreshing and delicious dessert will delight and surprise everyone!
