Description
The recipe for this pudding I brought last year from England. This is a real English pudding, which is named in honor of Queen Victoria. According to one version, this pudding was her favorite treat and she was asked to name it in his honor. This pudding looks perfect ready-made, easy to prepare, with a minimum of products and also it contains huge amount calories. Help yourself!

Cooking
In a saucepan, pour milk, add the butter, orange zest, vanilla and sugar and heat until dissolved but do not boil. Remove from the heat.
Continuing to whisk, slowly entered the hot milk in the eggs
In the form of pudding, put the ground oatmeal and pour on top of cooked cream and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then the form of cream is placed in another form, a larger size and pour into it the hot water so that she was at the level of the pudding. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 175С. When the pudding is lightly set, remove from oven and give a little bit to cool down.
Put the pudding on a layer of jam
Well whisk the egg whites until stable peaks. Add the powdered sugar and whisk some more.
Beaten egg whites gently laid on a layer of jam and put back in the oven (without the form of water) for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 150C.
When pudding is ready, allow it to cool slightly and serve!
