Oat cupcake with white chocolate
I would call this recipe "Oat straw tea and ginger pie with plums and white chocolate." Despite the abundance of ingredients, the cake is cooked surprisingly quickly and easily. Turns out tender, slightly moist and delicious. Happy to offer a recipe, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Black tea

    150 ml

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

Prunes grind. Add oat flakes.

Pour the mixture freshly brewed strong hot tea. Stand 10 minutes.

Softened butter, beat with the sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy mass.

Add the honey.

Add eggs, flour, ginger, baking soda, prunes, and cereal along with tea. Good beat for 2-3 minutes.

This kind of mixture is obtained.

Spread ground covered with baking paper greased form, put in oven and bake at 180-190 degrees for 40 minutes.

Our cake is ready. Melt chocolate in cream in a water bath. They pour the cooled cupcake. On top I sprinkled with granola.
