Recipe of bread rolls was found in the Internet, the author Anna (Germany). The author says :"the Secret to these rolls is that we need to put the yeast and leave it to stand best 24 hours. Sounds scary? But this is not so, the buns turn out very rosy, very tasty and very crunchy." So I decided to check. I took half the norm and dobavila a bit dark wheat flour. The result was a wonderful muffin!!! Time specified prepare basic dough and baking.

Cooking
Prepare a preliminary dough. Dissolve the yeast in cold water add flour and mix well. Capacity cover with a lid or plastic wrap and leave to stand at room temperature 10h. up to 24h. 5 hours. I put it in the fridge, because the yeast are actively working.
