Hurmasice (juicy cake)
This wonderful recipe is unusual cakes I found on the website of the Cook. ru. Galina (author of recipe), residing in Sarajevo, wrote that the cakes have a long history. Make them on the territory of Bosnia. The recipe has an unusual technology, but is made from products that are everywhere. Many thanks to the author for the unusual and interesting recipe!

Ingredients

  • Butter

1. Sift the flour.

27. Hurmasice are unusual, as for cake. They taste unusual, have a strong pleasant aroma of coconut and citrus, moist, tender, slightly crumbly. The author of the recipe also wrote that you can substitute coconut for the nuts.
