Spinach pancakes with salmon
This is my favorite appetizer on the holiday table. The secret is in the spinach. A certain taste it adds to the pancakes, but it gives interesting color and, most importantly, extraordinary softness and lightness to the pancakes. Well, and in combination with salmon and cheese - yum)

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Cheese

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

Thoroughly wash spinach and grind in a blender, the mass was homogeneous, add the spinach with a little milk while grinding.

Make the batter for pancakes. Beat with a mixer the eggs with the salt and sugar. Then add milk and spinach, then add the sifted flour little by little. Beat with a mixer to obtain a fluffy homogeneous mass, without lumps. In the end, pour in the sunflower oil and whisk. The dough is ready. Put it to rest for 20 minutes.

Fry pancakes on a lightly oiled pan for a minute on each side (I grease with olive oil.), not perezhivajte, otherwise the pancakes will lose tenderness and softness. So what we get here bright and beautiful pancake.

The final stage is stuffed with pancakes. Each pancake grease mayonnaise with crushed garlic, spread the fish and cheese. Twist in the roll, cut into pieces. Served to the table and received rave reviews from guests))
