  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Salt

  • Flour

Knead the dough. Kneading the dough I'll be using a food processor, in the bowl of a food processor to set the knife for cutting, place the chickpeas, flour, sesame seeds, squeeze through the press garlic, add water. Good to scroll through, until a homogeneous dough. If the dough is too tight, needed to add water and stir. If you're kneading by hand, the chickpeas need to scroll in a blender or grinder, it needs to be like mashed potatoes. And knead enough dough, so that it does not stick to hands.
