Description

Cupcakes Tiramisu
Though on the website and there are many different variants of Tiramisu, but the option of serving in the form of cupcakes I like the first, its speed of execution (baked for 25 minutes), and secondly, personal submission (which is important when in the house or when outdoors, and plates-spoons are not enough). Come on in, help yourself: it's cupcake something exactly at all enough!

Cooking

step-0
I have all the cups and spoons. A glass of 250ml. Mash the butter with the sugar, add one egg and 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
step-1
Separately mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the butter-egg mixture, alternating with milk (1\3 of the flour, half the milk, another 1\3 of the flour, the second half of the milk and the remaining flour), mixing after each addition until smooth.
step-2
Put the form for cupcakes paper cuffs. Evenly spread the dough across the cells, filling each about 2\3 of the volume. Bake at 180C approximately 25 minutes (until dry matches).
step-3
Brew some coffee (we need half a Cup), let cool and mix with 2 tbsp of dark rum.
step-4
As soon as the cupcakes baked, hot right pierce them with a wooden stick - 11-12 pumpkins on each cupcake.
step-5
Now pour hot cupcakes our coffee with rum. Approximately takes 3 to 4 teaspoons on each cake. Then totally cool - first 10 minutes in the form, then take out and let cool on wire rack.
step-6
Make cream: mix the mascarpone, 1\3 Cup sugar, heavy cream, 2 tsp vanilla extract and 2 teaspoon dark rum, and whisk until thick.
step-7
Put in a pastry bag (I had the most banal nozzle with round hole) and decorate cupcakes. On top sprinkle cocoa powder through a strainer.
step-8
Bon appetit and Sunny summer!
