Lean green soup with chickpeas
Love the green soup with sorrel. I didn't cook! And with zucchini and white beans, and cabbage. But for me, the most delicious option remain soup with canned chickpeas. Quick and easy soup with a pleasant acidity!

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    1 can

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Green beans

    1 handful

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Green beans cut into small pieces, cherry halves, chopped sorrel, from chickpeas to drain the fluid.

In glass form for the microwave to put the beans and tomatoes, pour 1.5 liters of cold water.

Put the form in the microwave on full power for 15 minutes.

To the vegetables add the chickpeas and sorrel, season "Vegetti", return to the microwave for another 2 minutes.
