A thick pea-lentil soup with beets
I wanted to try the combination of beets and beans in the soup, and the recipe was born. Turned out very tasty and nutritious, I decided to share the idea.

I peas not soaked - I don't like the taste and texture acquired when soaking. Just when it boils, I add baking soda at the tip of a knife - then the peas fall apart faster, but you do according to your taste, of course.
