Meringue-Islands with chocolate and berry sauce
Prepared for dessert in the microwave, but this has surpassed all my expectations. Beautiful dessert, very simple in execution, to the best chocolate, the taste is very similar to the "bird's milk". Very tasty, I will repeat again and again! I'm sure those who prepared my recipes manna and a biscuit in the microwave, will love it!!!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Raspberry

    100 g

Proteins need to beat on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Gradually add sugar, increase speed and continue to beat until until the meringue will not become wet and shiny and will not generate confident "solid peaks".

In the finished meringue add the chocolate, mix well.

Put in portion of the molds, to hold the knife by the walls of molds and put in the microwave for exactly 30 seconds, not more, at maximum power (I have 1000 watts)!!!

Ready-made Islands you need to chill. Raspberries grind in a blender and RUB through a sieve.
