Egg salad
Spicy layered salad.

Ingredients

  • Fillet

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

Cooking

Mix the sour cream with soy sauce.

Boiled meat cut into small pieces.

Lay out a layer of meat.

Garlic clear and RUB on a small grater. On top of the meat distributed a small amount of garlic. A thin layer of sour cream.

Eggs peel and grate on a coarse grater. Spread a layer of half of norm balls. A thin layer of sour cream.

Lay out a layer of grated cheese. Garlic. Sour cream.

A layer of green onions.

The second part of the grated eggs, garlic, sour cream.

Tomato cut into cubes and sprinkle the top of salad. Salad put in the refrigerator for a few hours. You can then bring to the table. Bon appetit!
