Salad-Spring tenderness
This salad is very tasty, light and harmonious, and prepared quickly! It is an excellent dish out a healthy diet. I think this is a great recipe for weight loss and beauty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Olives

    80 g

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boiled chicken breast to make out the fibers.

Celery stalks cut into small cubes.

Mix the vegetables, add the sliced olives. Fill with sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
