Salad with quinoa
Great light and healthy salad! I suggest to try all adherents of a healthy diet. This light snack or dessert. Love to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Quinoa

    0.66 cup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    40 g

Cooking

Cook quinoa and cool. Meanwhile, peel apples and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Slice the celery thin slices.

Add the quinoa. Mix everything carefully. Walnuts to roast, grind and combine with honey.

The salad is ready. Place it in a bowl and pour the honey sauce.
