Description
Originally, the cake was called "Snow clouds" is a beautiful name that had given him the author of the recipe Helen (Eepa). But on our site have been baking under that name, so the cake turned out in soft snow - so soft he won't refuse! Air, melting in the mouth - a real pleasure, and I want to treat you, dear cooks! And of course, maleeen kisses and thanks Elena for a wonderful recipe!

Cherry drain in a sieve, the juice won't be needed.
Soft beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add one 3 eggs after each addition of the eggs, beat the ground for half a minute.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the batter.
The dough is divided into two parts. In one part add cocoa, stir.
Baking dish - 26 cm - oil or covered with baking paper. Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Two types of dough is distributed on the form - you can make a marble pattern.
Cherry a little push into the dough throughout the mould surface. Bake for 40 minutes.
Take out from oven and let cool for 5 minutes in the form.
Then release from the mold and let cool completely on wire rack.
Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the package, just increase the sugar to 100 g, and the amount of milk decreases to 600 ml.
The finished pudding is still hot, pour into a suitable container and cover with cling film - that the film is completely formed on the surface of the pudding. Cool to room temperature.
Pudding to whip, adding to it parts of soft butter. It is important that the pudding and oil have the same temperature, then the cream will exfoliate and will turn out glossy and silky.
Now part of the cream applied on the cake with a thin layer.
And now "under construction" clouds. Can pastry bag with large round nozzle, or, as I did - using a freezer bag ( more durable ), cut a semi-circular tip. Like too nice come!
Now break the chocolate into pieces and pour his hot cream. Stir in one direction until a smooth, homogeneous condition. Cool to slightly warm and pour our "cloud".
Look like this turned out!
A piece... couldn't wait...
Help yourself, my dear! Bon appetit!!!
