Our acquaintance with wild rice started with this salad, and I cooked it for the first time, and we ate it the first time. This is a very interesting process, fun to watch how they open up the grains during cooking. We thought the combination of this rice is very good in this salad with salted fish, cucumber and light dressing. Cooking
It's very simple. Ingredients are listed for 2 servings. Necessary pre-boil egg and rice. Cucumber, egg and fish (I had salmon) cut into cubes.
For the filling mix the yogurt, oil and lemon juice (add it gradually, to taste, much depends on the variety of lemon). Season with a little salt and flavoring. I took the seasoning "Oriental blend", you can use any favorite or not add.
