Salad with wild rice and fish
Our acquaintance with wild rice started with this salad, and I cooked it for the first time, and we ate it the first time. This is a very interesting process, fun to watch how they open up the grains during cooking. We thought the combination of this rice is very good in this salad with salted fish, cucumber and light dressing. Besides, this salad looks wonderful, they can easily entertain guests on the occasion.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

  • Cucumber

    80 g

  • Fish

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

It's very simple. Ingredients are listed for 2 servings. Necessary pre-boil egg and rice. Cucumber, egg and fish (I had salmon) cut into cubes.

Boiled rice cooled.

For the filling mix the yogurt, oil and lemon juice (add it gradually, to taste, much depends on the variety of lemon). Season with a little salt and flavoring. I took the seasoning "Oriental blend", you can use any favorite or not add.

It remains to assemble the salad. All the layers a bit to coat with dressing. First layer - rice.
