Description
In anticipation of the holidays, try the new version of the beloved "herring under a fur coat". An exotic rich note to this snack gives a soft avocado.

Cooking
Beets and carrots boil, cool and clean. Gelatin to soak in cool boiled water for 15minutes. Beets grate on a coarse grater. The swollen gelatin dissolve, stirring constantly in a water bath (do not heat).
Prepare form (I have a regular square 14x14 container, which I lined with cling film, to then easily remove the salad from the mold). Grated beets mixed with 1tbsp. L. mayonnaise, 4st. L. the dissolved gelatin, salt to taste, mix well and put into a form, smooth the surface with a spoon. Put in the freezer for 15minutes.
Meanwhile, herring fillets (or other salted fish, I had the mackerel of his Ambassador), very finely chopped, onion finely chopped, add the 1st. L. mayonnaise, 4st. L. gelatin, stir
And gently spread on a layer of frozen beets. Again send in the cold for 15 minutes.
Avocado peeled, cut into slices, add lemon juice or vinegar, and blend it with an immersion blender ( or just mash well with a fork).
Season with salt to taste, add 4st. L. gelatin. mix (add mayonnaise this layer is not necessary, avocados, and so very tender). Spread a layer of herring, and again in the freezer for 15minutes.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, add the 1st. L. mayonnaise, 4st. L. gelatin, salt, stir and cover with a frozen layer of avocado. Gently flatten and decorate as desired.
I wish flowers from boiled eggs and slices of tomatoes-cherry. But for some reason the flowers I have grown from "snow" instead of weed))), but this is probably my nostalgia for the snow... I left 2st. L. gelatin that I poured my flowers.
To give the salad to fully harden. If you want to eat immediately, then again send in the freezer for 1 hour, or just leave in the refrigerator overnight. To get out of shape, gently release from the food wrap.
