Found this recipe about 5 years ago in the vast coffee industry and decided to share a version of his cooking. "Capital" bread soaked with oil, aroma of greenfinches and garlic, the cheese creates a Golden and crisp on the outside and the bread turns out very soft and tender inside )))

Cooking
To prepare all the products.
Cut bread into squares, but so that the incisions did not reach the bottom.
Melt the butter in the microwave.

Grate cheese on a grater.
Our bread lay on foil and place in a baking dish (in order to our filling did not spread, but remained whole in the form). Each cut with a spoon sandwiching butter with herbs and garlic.
On top of the oil with the herbs, put the Basil leaves.
Immediately after the herbs we "force be" bread with meat filling and cheese (I took the loin and rubbed it on a grater).
