Strawberry cake

Ingredients

Gelatin dissolved in a small amount of hot water. If you have a regular gelatin, then soak it in a little water, let stand for 10 minutes. Then heat the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, stir, cool slightly. Add the gelatin to the berry puree, allow to thicken for 20 minutes.

Add the cream and chopped strawberries to the berry puree, put in the fridge for 30 minutes for thickening.

Make vanilla syrup: dissolve 3 tbsp vanilla sugar 5 tablespoons of warm water, impregnated with syrup biscuit and fingers.

Once the mousse has thickened, spread it on a biscuit in a form with removable bottom. And again put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour, better an hour.
