Begin to thread the potatoes on skewers, alternating mushrooms and bacon between the folds of potatoes (the photo clearly shows the process). Again, if a potato strip exploded when stringing - nothing to worry about.
Put skewers on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and put in oven (200 degrees) for 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven, the amount of fat and subtleties and curlicues. Time may need more or less. During the baking potatoes 2 times to get the pan and turn the skewers so potatoes are cooked evenly and had a nice Golden color on all sides.
