Eggplant clafoutis
The recipe is from the book "Nature. Simple, tasty, healthy" Alain Ducasse.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Cream

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

Eggplant wash, cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Fry in vegetable oil onion, eggplant, add the finely grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the yogurt with the milk, add the egg and whisk. Grate cheese, add to the milk mass. To pass the fried eggplant to a bowl, pour milk-cheese mixture. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay on the molds, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180*C and 30 minutes.
