Sea bass baked in pastry sea salt and rosemary
For the recipe thank belonika. Juicy and tasty sea bass I haven't eaten yet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Salt

    300 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Rosemary

    50 g

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

For the test of the sea salt we will need flour, large sea salt, 2 protein, 250ml water 50g rosemary.

Sift flour, add salt, proteins, water. Rosemary finely chopped with a knife. The yolks will be useful for brushing over the dough.
