Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Peel the onion and slice, peel the carrot and grate.
