One of the famous recipes of the Neapolitan cuisine. This dish hails from Puglia, but a favorite throughout Italy. This recipe will help when there is no time and energy to cook or suddenly descended guests. Preparation will not take much time and the result nepremenno happy. The meat turns out very tasty

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Tomato

  • Tomatoes mashed

    200 g

  • Olives

    30 g

  • Capers

    5 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Oregano

In a frying pan in a well-heated olive oil fry the garlic and deseeded red chili pepper (if You decided to use), and then remove

Tomatoes peel and cut into small cubes. Then chopped tomatoes and pureed "Pomi" spread on a pan, bring to the boil.
