Chocolate cake
This cake was my first experience with fondant. But I liked it without it. A lovely chocolate cake and banana cream filling make it festive table decoration.

Ingredients

Cook a classic chocolate cake. Whisk the eggs, sugar and hot water for 10 minutes.

Combine the cocoa, flour and baking powder and sift into the dough. Just a couple of times go with a mixer to a mass of United. I cook in the form of 21 cm put baking paper and pour the dough. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Check with a toothpick.

For the basic cream we need to combine white chocolate, cream cheese, butter and a little lemon juice. First you need to melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.

Nozzle hook we whip our cream cheese, add the cooled chocolate, butter and lemon juice. Lay off 2/3 of the cream to the side - this is our base for the paste. Bananas grind in a blender, I prefer to leave small pieces, so for my taste, juicy. Add the bananas into 1/3 of the cream, will enter there too walnuts. All peremeshaem.

While the cream is cooled, in a water bath melt the dark chocolate, I added Baileys, but if you cook for the kids, alcohol, of course, add is not worth it. The cooled cake cut in half and smear the bottom part with chocolate ganache. Send in the fridge so the chocolate froze, then it will be crispy.

We'll get our cake and cream. Under the sponge I put plastic wrap so that the cream does not spread. Chocolate put banana walnut cream and close the second half of the biscuit. And again sent in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. I, to be sure, a ring of the form put :)

Well, the last step is if you lay the mastic, then carefully flatten 2/3 of chilled cream over the entire surface of the cake. The combination of chocolate biscuit and creamy banana-or ecologo cream is just amazing.
