Cooking
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Melt the butter and chocolate, add white and brown sugar, stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Let the mixture cool slightly and add soy sauce. The original recipe added 1/2 tsp of salt, but after my recent experiments with the creme caramel, I prefer the sauce, especially because it so perfectly emphasizes the taste of chocolate. Dissolve coffee in boiling water and add to melted chocolate, then pour brandy.
To enter in the chocolate mixture, one egg, well every time involving them.
And stir well until smooth homogeneous mass.
For baking we'll need a baking sheet the size 12h15 cm covered with baking paper. I have not, but I made it myself from baking paper, cementing the sides with a stapler.
Place the dough in the form (side (right) I did partition by wrapping a tablespoon of the foil to the paper spread under the weight of the test).
