To prepare the products.
Turn the oven on 180-200 degrees. To make the sponge cake on a favorite recipe, with the addition of 1 tbsp. cocoa (for color) and 1/2 tbsp of coffee (for flavor). I do so: carefully whisk the eggs with a mixer until white foam. Not stopping whipping, a thin stream pour sugar. Add soda, slaked vinegar or lemon juice, flour, cocoa, coffee (ground or instant), and then stir for 10-15 seconds. on and off.
Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. If the shape of the silicone, then just moisten with water. Put the dough and put in preheated oven. Bake until dry sticks (the first 15 minutes the oven should not be open to the biscuit not a donkey).
While baked cake, prepare the lemon curd cream. To do this, wash the lemon and cut it into slices with peel (remove pits). Slices of lemon place in a blender and grind well. If you are afraid of the bitterness of lemon, you can grate the zest on a fine grater and squeeze of lemon juice.
