Corn thick soup with meatballs in multivarku
Our family is very fond of corn, so occasionally I cook something delicious from it. This time I decided to make her corn soup with meatballs and cream turned out rich, hearty and delicious soup. I recommend to make it mandatory!!!

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Dill

  • Water

    300 ml

This recipe I cooked in multivarka Multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. Onion peel and finely to cut. In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil, to choose the program "Fry", set the time to 15 minutes and fry the onions until it will turn brown. Wash the bowl multivarki.

Corn grits, rinse well. In the bowl multivarki pour 300 ml of boiling water, then add the cornmeal, mix well. Cook on mode "Cooking" for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. As soon as the program ends to leave in the heating mode for 20 minutes.

The minced meat mix well with half of the fried onions, chopped dill and 3 tbsp steamed corn grits. Salt and pepper to taste.

From the resulting meat to form small meatballs.

In the steaming porridge to pour a 3 stack. hot broth (you can substitute water), stir, add fried onions. Select the program "Cooking" and set the time 30 minutes. Bring the soup to a boil and drop meatballs. Cook for about 20 minutes, then add cream, salt, pepper, add curry. Cook until the end of the program.
