A succulent salad with shrimps, arugula, tangerines and blue cheese. Offer a very bright, juicy, exotic salad. It combines at first glance, incongruous products, but thanks to the gas station, they became friends and merged in a very harmonious dish.

Cooking
Shrimp boil, peel, leaving the tail and remove the crown
Tomatoes cut into round slices, a tangerine to clean the white streaks, blue cheese (I prefer Dor blue) is also cut into slices
To make the dressing, mix Kikkoman soy sauce with olive oil and freshly ground black pepper
