Crab salad in Japanese style
I will not pretend that this salad refers to Japanese cuisine. But the idea of making it very interested me, the main thing that is prepared easily and quickly, should appeal to sushi lovers. The recipe is adapted from the website of Nina Niksya, for which I Express my deep gratitude to the author.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    3 piece

  • Caviar

    2 Tbsp

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Algae

    0.25 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

To prepare the salad, take the sushi rice and boil according to instructions on the package. Give the rice to cool.

Sheet of nori (1/4) cut into strips with scissors 2 to 4 cm.

Take the flying fish ROE (tobiko), I have black. If you who don't know, it still happens to be red, orange and green.

Mix the cooled rice, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of caviar, chopped seaweed (nori), sprinkle with balsamic sauce (no soy). Add homemade mayonnaise. Mayonnaise here we need a minimum number for a bunch of ingredients. On the website many recipes for homemade mayonnaise. I used real Japanese mayonnaise.

Mix everything.

Take the crab sticks "A sea" and cut into cubes.

Add to crab sticks 1 tbsp. a spoonful of caviar, a little mayonnaise.

Stir.

On a plate put lettuce. On a cooking ring. In the absence of a ring, it can be made from plastic bottles or cans. On the bottom spread the rice and press it.

Spread on top of rice crab sticks, lightly press.

Remove the ring, I'm usually squeezed by means of "tolkushkoy" for potatoes. Decorate salad sliced slices tomato, sprinkle with balsamic sauce. Bon appetit!
