Pkhali - a popular dish of Georgian cuisine. In my recipe I suggest to replace only one ingredient to get almost the same taste, but fewer calories and less cost budget option. Besides that this dish is very tasty, it is also preparing the way I like it - simply and quickly!))) I have for any holiday feast, but all the hot dishes, there are clear menu: satsivi, pkhali and Olivier. But since I first gave guests the dish they are receiving an invitation always ask: "And Phala for losing weight going to be?") Probably not because it's tasteless...

Cooking
Beans, not defrosting, pour in boiling on high heat the water. Cover and bring to a boil. You can now turn down the heat to medium and boil until soft, that is at least 5 - 8. That's all we need. In the original in "Phal" adds all the same + ground walnuts, so I propose to replace mayonnaise!
While the beans is cooking, in a bowl with mayonnaise, add seasoning (if not present, can be ground sharp red pepper), a pinch of salt and Khmeli-suneli, crushed garlic, cilantro melkorublenoy.
