Salted mackerel
This recipe for pickling mackerel are taken from the wonderful magazine "Our kitchen". The fish is simply magical, very tender, moderately fatty and salty. It occupies a dominant place in our family and the table goes first!

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Water

  • Vinegar essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup
