Mayonnaise

Cooking
Egg cut into slices, the yolk and put aside. Beetroot cut out the petals.
Cheese grate and mix with egg yolks and mayonnaise.
Potatoes cut into slices and lay on a plate.
For potatoes, put a slice of egg.
Then the beet leaves. In the middle of the petals, put the cheese-yolk filling.
Decorate with parsley leaves and our food is ready! BON APPETIT!!!
