Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Mint

  • Parsley

  • Cheese curd

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Lettuce

Eggplant wash, pierce with a knife in several places and in the oven for 30 minutes for baking.

Meanwhile, make "aucma": this blend of ingredients our salad of the future. Cut tomato cubes, pepper (I have red, green can) cut into circles that are sent to the salad bowl.

Add white soft cheese (I had goat) cubes or crumbly cheese (you can choose as you like). To the salad add a cucumber, also cut into cubes

mint leaves (I had large, I have them on half broke up) and finely chop parsley (a bit).

Add the paprika, the juice of half a lemon and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix everything. Aucma ready.

Eggplant peel from the skin. On a plate put lettuce on them - eggplant and softened the middle with a spoon or fork.

Finely chopped cloves garlic sent on the eggplant, pour the juice of half a lemon. Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with olive oil.

In a frying pan until brown fry sesame
