Cooking
Cumin lightly ignited on a dry pan and then chop not very finely.
Chicken breast cut into slices, sprinkle with spices and pour over the yogurt.
Leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (I marinated for 3 hours).
Paper towel to blot the marinade (yogurt) from the breast and fry (first it stew in the remains of the marinade) with constant stirring until tender (2-3 minutes). The main thing - do not overcook.
Serve with steamed or grilled vegetables. Bon appetit!
