Chicken breast on motives of Turkish cuisine
This recipe I found on the website, but he was without a photo. Cooked - loved it. So I thought to show the photo. Maybe someone will be useful. Recipe put option, thanks to the author of the recipe Ballerina.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    600 g

  • Zira

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Cumin lightly ignited on a dry pan and then chop not very finely.

Chicken breast cut into slices, sprinkle with spices and pour over the yogurt.

Leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (I marinated for 3 hours).

Paper towel to blot the marinade (yogurt) from the breast and fry (first it stew in the remains of the marinade) with constant stirring until tender (2-3 minutes). The main thing - do not overcook.
