This is the same recipe, but now with pictures, Italian cake. My friends adore. Easily and quickly. Italian chef once shared.

Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins whisk with 2 STL. L. sugar until smooth white foam
In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks with 2 STL. L. sugar until smooth, add back the cheese and again whisk to obtain a cream. In this mixture, add the whipped yolks and again beat well
Now do a half Cup of strong coffee, domvsem sugar to taste, I put 2 tsp of sugar, there is added Amaretto or any coffee liqueur to taste and stir. Take a stand for cakes or a large plate, on it put a thin layer of cream, the cream put a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee
Then on top of the biscuits put another layer of cream (to cover the cookie), then again put a layer of cookies, and put up the remaining cream. Top liberally sprinkle cocoa powder on the edges daubed whipped cream and put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, I leave for the night. When you spread 1 layer of cream and cookies, leave about 2 -3 cm from the edges of the dish, the cake will settle a bit. (Sorry for my ignorance) Hope you enjoy it
