Chocolate cake with poppy seeds
Just on the Christmas table! Or other celebration.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Mac

    250 g

  • Raisins

    125 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Cooking

Melt the chocolate in the process of adding 2-3 tbsp of milk. Beat egg whites in a solid foam.

Beat egg yolks with sugar and butter.

Add poppy seeds, melted chocolate, raisins and stir well.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift into the batter, mix well.

Gently add the beaten egg whites. Bake at 175°C for about 30 minutes(in a silicone form).

And here is the finished cake! If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with stars made of chocolate.
